When Sly inadvertently leads to Tony injuring his shoulder, Tony finds himself in need of surgery to fix the damage. Overcome with fear about the procedure, he worries that he might not make it through. At the same time, Lorena makes the choice to become a candystriper in hopes of getting closer to Dr. Joe.
