Dan and Tom encounter a challenging situation with a belligerent driver who's intoxicated to the point of being four times over the legal limit, and he continues to resist even as they secure him in the police vehicle. Meanwhile, Sophie and Adie pull over a group of young men at dawn, discovering that while the driver is also impaired, the real worry lies with what he's hiding in his pants.
