Richie chases a vehicle believed to be connected to organized crime, but the elusive driver gives him a tough time. After discovering the car left behind in an industrial area, he enlists the assistance of police dog Ebby. Meanwhile, four masked thieves are caught in the act of trying to rob a container at a storage site when two officers arrive on the scene. Lucy, alongside her German shepherd Bryn, takes charge of the pursuit for the escaping criminals.
