Cal wakes up with a dangerously high fever, causing Grace to fear that it might be a reaction to his experimental cancer therapy. Meanwhile, Michaela and Ben have a different theory, suspecting that Cal's illness could be linked to a mysterious individual from Flight 828. As Cal's health deteriorates, Ben and Michaela set out to find the missing passenger who might hold the key to understanding his condition.
