In the final shoot for The Art of Flight, Curt and Travis take a bold leap by relocating to Aspen, Colorado, where a custom super pipe and an impressive gap jump have been constructed specifically for the film. As pro snowboarders Scotty Lago, Mark Landvick, Jack and Luke Mitrani, Mark McMorris, Eric Willette, Danny Davis, and Sebastian Toutant arrive, they discover that the jump and half pipe are incomplete, and Curt has fallen seriously ill. With their director unable to lead, Travis and the crew must rally together to salvage the shoot. The thrilling snowboard footage captured in Aspen, along with the audience's response to the teaser and the New York City premiere, will ultimately determine the success of this monumental project by Travis and Curt.
