Deep in the jungles of Vietnam, Blade finds himself ambushed by a group of vampire ninjas, commanded by Kikyo Mikage, a ruthless samurai master possessing mutant abilities akin to Wolverine's. Joining forces with Blade is G.I. Stan Davis, a survivor of a covert U.S. weapons initiative, who lends his support in the battle against their formidable foes.
