Episode Overview

After Rocky's apartment loses heat, CeCe offers her, Ty, and their mom a place to stay. However, tensions between their mothers begin to take a toll on CeCe and Rocky's friendship. At the science fair the next day, a clash between the two leads to an accidental sabotage of each other's projects. Later, CeCe discusses the situation with her mom, and they agree to cancel their upcoming trip. Flynn, overhearing this, storms off in frustration, unaware of how much the trip meant to him. Realizing their mistake, CeCe's mom reconciles with Rocky's mom, allowing the girls to mend their friendship. Meanwhile, Ty creates a man cave as a retreat from the chaos of the household.
