Episode Overview

CeCe and Rocky launch an exciting new dance trend. Mrs. Garcia plans a grand celebration for Dina's birthday, but Dina prefers a more low-key affair. Ignoring her wishes, CeCe and Rocky take charge of the festivities, resulting in an extravagant party that goes against Dina's desires. They then scramble to make things right. Meanwhile, Flynn receives a high-tech robot with destructive laser vision and enlists his buddy Henry to assist him. Deuce attempts to win Mrs. Garcia's admiration by taking dance lessons from Ty.
