Episode Overview
When an obsessed fan named Kat begins to mimic Cece’s look and secretly schemes to take her spot on "Shake It Up, Chicago," Cece and Rocky must expose Kat's true intentions. Before the performance, Kat sends Cece a text pretending to be Rocky, telling her to retrieve her costume from across town. Upon returning, Cece finds Kat performing with Rocky and sabotages their act. In retaliation, Cece tricks Kat by pretending to be from Shake It Up! New York, claiming she’s heading there, which is a ruse. Meanwhile, Flynn steps in as Ty's recording agent while dealing with a major producer. Ty dismisses the opportunity, claiming it's for fools, but when Flynn succeeds, Ty regrets his decision to quit.
