CeCe is thrilled when she gets the chance to showcase a song she penned on "Shake It Up Chicago." To protect her voice for the performance, she chooses to remain silent throughout the week. Meanwhile, Rocky finds herself overwhelmed as she takes on too many commitments at school, adding a sport to her schedule in hopes of boosting her college applications.
