Rocky and CeCe conclude that they've outgrown trick-or-treating and opt for a "Mature-o'ween" filled with sophisticated pursuits like knitting and emotional films. However, they quickly recognize they are actually missing out on the excitement and sweets of the holiday, prompting them to find a way to inject some fun back into their Halloween. Meanwhile, feeling frustrated with being seen as a child, Flynn dares Ty and Deuce to a scare competition in a spooky, abandoned house rumored to be haunted by a youthful spirit.
