Murro the Marauder files a lawsuit against Harvey for injuries he claims to have sustained back in 1967. His attorney, the flamboyant Shado the Brain Thief, not only handles Murro's individual case but also initiates a class action lawsuit. In desperation, Harvey turns to Potamus for help, and the hippo takes on the responsibility of defending him in court.
