In court, Jo Mills represents a mother, Marika, who opposes her ex-husband Paul Robson-Alan's request for their child to receive the MMR vaccine. Paul, a health adviser for the British Government, is determined to push for the vaccination, making the case crucial for the Health Department's reputation. Marika, however, is convinced the vaccine poses risks, especially with new, concerning evidence surfacing. Amidst the legal drama, Jo is preparing for her wedding to Marc, but her hectic schedule leads her to skip the rehearsal. Frustrated with Deed for making her attend a legal meeting on her wedding day, Jo is left wondering if she’ll make it to the altar in time and if she’ll go through with the marriage.
