The surge in customers prompts the mayor to put in a traffic light, which leads him to assign Karen and Davis the task of enforcing stricter rules against jaywalking. Meanwhile, Hank and Oscar decide to protest peacefully, while Brent attempts to negotiate with those in favor of the traffic light to restore harmony in Dog River.
