When one of Lacey's friends comes to Dog River, her outrageous behavior leaves the townsfolk in disbelief. Drawing on her own experiences, Lacey concludes that the town's reaction stems from their reluctance to embrace outsiders. Meanwhile, Hank hatches a scheme to address the situation. Over at Corner Gas, Brent and Wanda work to rein in the chaos of the points card program, while Davis reflects on Karen's skills—or lack thereof—when it comes to undercover assignments.
