As Brent's 40th birthday countdown hits the last half hour, Wanda attempts to organize a fireworks show that quickly spirals out of control. Meanwhile, Lacey and Emma clash over who should be in charge of baking Brent's birthday cake. To make matters worse, Brent is frustrated to find that his treasured bottle of scotch has vanished just when he needs it most.
