In a bustling city in the Eastern United States, Texas Pete is feeling down about his continuous defeats at the hands of SuperTed. To lift his spirits, Bulk and Skeleton hatch a plan to snatch a rattlesnake from the local zoo. Their scheme inadvertently brings SuperTed and Spotty Man back into the spotlight, leading to a series of unexpected events.
