Episode Overview
As the homecoming dance approaches, everyone, including chaperone Steve, is dissatisfied with their dates. Desperate for assistance, Romeo and Bullethead seek Steve’s advice, while Cedric decides to join a video dating service. When Steve arrives at the office, he catches Cedric trying to pick the lock on the supply cabinet. Cedric explains he needs the video camera to create a tape for his dating profile. Steve agrees to let him use the camera at the apartment. Although Romeo is frustrated by the dance's expenses, he refuses Sophia's offer to lend him money, opting to work extra shifts instead. Bullethead struggles to find the courage to ask Sara to the dance, and despite Steve's tips, he misses his chance when Sara agrees to go with football star Dexter King. Regina informs Steve that he’ll be chaperoning the event.
