Title: When The Funk Hits The Big 4-0 Plot: As a new school year begins, Steve is preparing for his 40th birthday. He tasks his students with writing down their life aspirations and stumbles upon a list he created two decades ago, realizing he has accomplished very few of his dreams. In the meantime, he discovers that Regina is in a relationship with wealthy basketball player Jordan Maddux, while Lovita and Cedric receive unexpected news that they are expecting a child. Faced with these revelations, Steve resolves to celebrate his milestone birthday by embarking on a motorcycle journey across the country.
