Episode Overview

Tia receives the exciting news that she’s been accepted into her dream boarding school. However, Lisa is filled with worry since she has already spent the tuition savings on other expenses. During a weekend orientation at the school, Tia comes to the realization that her family means more to her than the prestigious institution. Meanwhile, Tamera has already taken the initiative to reorganize their room and pack away Tia’s belongings. Torn between her feelings, Tia struggles to express her change of heart to Lisa, who is equally uncertain about how to reveal the financial situation to Tia.
