Episode Overview
Tia's new role as assistant manager at Rocket Burger comes to an abrupt end when she takes the blame for one of Tamera's costly blunders. Tamera, seeing Tia's promotion as a chance to coast, neglects to shut the freezer door, leading to a disaster with spoiled food. As a result, Tia is let go, and the clueless manager offers the now open position to Tamera. Embracing her new status, Tamera transforms into a demanding diva, but her lack of productivity soon catches up with her, resulting in her dismissal as well. Their friend Denise ultimately takes over the job. Meanwhile, Lisa faces an awkward situation when she has to explain why Ray is lounging in her house in his bathrobe during a late-night date.
