Flapjack hears from Captain K'Nuckles about an odd fellow who swaps candy for combs. Discovering that the man, Tee Hee Tummy Tums, is facing challenges similar to his own, Flapjack decides to lend a hand. He helps Tee Hee Tummy Tums sell his combs, hoping to improve their fortune.
