The High Chaparral (1967)

Episode Overview

Fernando Lamas guest stars as El Caudillo, a Mexican bandit turned revolutionary who captures the Cannon Ranch workers, intending to execute them to showcase his dominance. When Conchita tricks the group into crossing the border, Manolito ends up imprisoned by El Caudillo. Billy Blue Cannon manages to flee and teams up with Don Sebastian, El Caudillo's former adversary. They return with the whole gang, except for ranch hand Pedro, who is also captured. As El Caudillo prepares to execute the group in front of terrified villagers, hope for their escape dwindles, as he seeks to intimidate them into joining his revolution against Mexico.
