The High Chaparral (1967)

Episode Overview

Sam Butler, the foreman of a ranch, comes back to his hometown along the border to seek revenge for his daughter's murder. Raised by his adoptive father Ben Lynch, he discovers that her killer is Lynch's reckless son, Tom. Reunited with his wife Trinidad, who is of Mexican descent, Sam dismisses any counsel and is determined to take Tom's life. Meanwhile, John Cannon rallies the ranch workers and heads to the border town in a bid to prevent a violent confrontation.
