Don Sebastian Montoya goes back on his word to sell a small village located on his land to the tenants after Vaquero secures the funds for the purchase. Vaquero had received the money from a dying acquaintance, intending to buy the village, but the situation becomes more complex when he discovers that the money might have been pilfered by his friend, the bandit Miguel Morales.
