Episode Overview

Oguri Cap finds herself unable to participate in the Japanese Derby, prompting her to seek a new aspiration in racing. To motivate her, Musaka takes both Oguri Cap and Belno Light to watch the Takarazuka Kinen, a prestigious Grand Prix event determined by a fan vote. While there, Oguri Cap observes the racer who is currently leading the Twinkle Series and feels inspired by the competition.
