Episode Overview

Team One is called to a rundown motel to handle a tense standoff involving a fugitive who has shot two police officers and taken a teenager, Paul Wilder, hostage. Initially, Paul appears to be a victim of circumstances, but as the team investigates further, they uncover disturbing truths that paint him in a much darker light. What starts as a standoff spirals into a frantic pursuit through the city's sewer system, with Parker racing against time to prevent Paul from making a choice that could haunt him forever. Meanwhile, Ed learns that his brother Roy may have played a role in one of the officers' shootings, and he also gets surprising news that his wife is pregnant.
