Episode Overview

After Tanjiro and Rengoku's victory over Enmu, they are confronted by Akaza, the formidable Upper Three demon. As Tanjiro lies injured on the ground, he faces a near-fatal strike from Akaza, only to be saved in the nick of time by Rengoku's swift intervention. A fierce clash ensues between Rengoku and Akaza, during which Akaza tempts Rengoku to join him as a demon. Rengoku firmly rejects the proposition, but his battered body struggles under the weight of exhaustion, pushing him beyond his limits.
