Episode Overview

Raines and his team must unravel the mystery surrounding a decaying corpse discovered in the canals of Venice. Once they identify the victim, they learn he was an undocumented immigrant with ties to a Los Angeles Councilman. Concerned about Raines' odd behavior, the Captain mandates that he visits a psychiatrist for evaluation.
