Servant of the People (2015)

Overview

Vasily, a humble teacher, inadvertently becomes a national sensation after a video of his passionate rant about the state of his country goes viral. As support pours in, he unexpectedly finds himself thrust into a presidential campaign, which he surprisingly wins. "Servant of the People" chronicles Vasily's adjustment to his new role as president. Despite his newfound power, he longs for the simplicity of his previous life, preferring to live in his modest apartment with his parents, borrow money from friends, and ride his bike to work, all while navigating the complexities of leadership.
