Episode Overview

Nell is feeling down and wishes no one would bring up the Chief since his passing. Joey finds a piece of a toy train the Chief had given him and decides to place it in the Chief's former room. Nell becomes upset when Jonathan suggests that he and Julie should move into that room, but her anger intensifies when she sees Joey playing with the train there. Grandpa reminds them that Carl would have wanted the family to stay close and cherish his memory in their conversations. He reassures them that they all loved him, emphasizing the importance of keeping his spirit alive. Eventually, Nell softens, allowing Joey to keep the train in the Chief's room and agreeing to Jonathan and Julie moving in.
