Gimme a Break! (1981)

Episode Overview

Nell is growing increasingly frustrated with her new apartment in New York and confides in Addy about her desire to return to Glenlawn for a breath of that refreshing California air. Just then, Grandpa calls to share that he has sold the house, choosing to leave Glenlawn behind to join her in New York. Shortly after, she meets her upstairs neighbor, Mrs. Tercobi, who treats her to a homemade cake. Ultimately, inspired by Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York," Nell realizes that if she can thrive in this city, she can conquer anything.
