Episode Overview
On August 12, 1886, ex-bank thief Sam Colby and his accomplices plan to intercept and loot an army payroll wagon with the help of a pilfered Gatling gun. While preparing for their scheme, Colby heads into Tombstone to acquire a large supply of ammunition. There, he encounters Harris Claibourne and his former fiancée, Sarah Medford. Colby's aggressive behavior raises suspicions, drawing the attention of Sheriff Clay Hollister, who is wary of Colby's true intentions for being in town.
