Episode Overview
On July 7, 1884, a young Barton Clark Jr. arrives in Tombstone, eager to experience the world. He secures a position as a jailer under Clay Hollister. When Hollister apprehends Rose, a fugitive from Texas accused of cattle theft and robbery, Barton is captivated by her allure and quickly develops feelings for her. Seizing the opportunity, Rose manipulates Barton into assisting her escape by rendering the sheriff unconscious.
