In the midst of the Battle of the Alamo on March 6, 1836, 15-year-old messenger Jobe H. Farnum finds himself facing certain death. Just as his fate seems sealed, he is suddenly whisked into the future, landing in San Antonio in 1985. However, adjusting to the vibrant and chaotic world of the 1980s overwhelms Jobe, leaving him struggling to cope with the drastic changes.
