Episode Overview
Willie takes his management style to the extreme by introducing innovative "incentive strategies," which leads to a backlash from his employees who decide to go on strike. However, their attempts to create a Duck Commander-themed picket line fall short of expectations. In response, Miss Kay takes matters into her own hands and launches a food truck, bringing her delicious home-cooked meals to the streets of West Monroe, hoping to rally support and bring the team back together.
