Title: Stirring the Pot Plot: Fay shows understanding when Joe explains that finances are tight, resigning herself to not receiving her usual raise. However, her patience wanes when she spots the brothers bragging about their new leather flight jackets. In a fit of frustration, she decides to leave and accepts a job at Aeromass, leaving Joe to face difficulties at Sandpiper alone.
