Episode Overview
Fay's decision to retire prompts Joe and Brian to bring in Casey as her replacement at the counter. To the Hacketts' astonishment, Casey proves to be a game-changer for their business. When Fay later requests her previous position, the brothers find themselves in a tough spot. Instead of letting Casey go, they opt to keep both women at the counter, leading to some unexpected tension and chemistry between them.
