Title: Twisted Sister Plot: When Helen's older sister Casey arrives in Nantucket, it derails Joe's plans to propose. What was meant to be an intimate evening at Lexington's turns into a gathering of four, with Casey eager to reconnect with Helen and Brian tasked with entertaining Casey. Just as Joe prepares to present Helen with an engagement ring, Casey surprises her with a much larger one, inciting Joe's anger and ruining the moment. After apologizing, Joe finally manages to propose, but Casey's presence disrupts once more. In a turning point, Helen confronts Casey, who reveals her husband has left her, prompting Helen to offer her sister a place to stay indefinitely.
