Sandy's comeback drives Joe to seek help from a psychologist, as his friends dismiss his claims about her fixation on him. The therapist helps ease Joe's anxiety, but things take a turn when he unexpectedly encounters Sandy in the empty office. Simultaneously, Roy, Antonio, Fay, and Casey grapple with the unsettling possibility that they might have gotten food poisoning from Helen's tuna.
