As Casey faces the threat of job loss at the Tourism Board, she feels a glimmer of hope when her proposal for a sister city is approved. However, disaster strikes when Brian has a fling with the visiting princess from the potential sister city, Khirinan. In another storyline, Antonio volunteers to escort the young princesses to their grooming appointment, only to find out that they are actually two dogs, which he soon misplaces.
