Episode Overview

As the newly appointed President of Sandpiper, Cord kicks off his tenure by calling a meeting to emphasize the need for a "big idea." This drives Joe up the wall, as he tries to convince everyone that such an idea doesn't exist. However, Roy brings up the charter business, which he believes holds potential yet remains unsolved. Roy's hunch proves to be a winner when Sandpiper lands the Todds, a popular singing group, as their new charter clients.
