Episode Overview

Hal and the garbageman find themselves in a fierce rivalry over trash dumping, a situation that ends up favoring Dewey the most. To gain an edge, Hal recruits Reese for assistance. Meanwhile, Lois returns to her job at Lucky Aide after completing her probation and becomes determined to battle Malcolm over an inappropriate billboard featuring a grinning black janitor named "Slappy," who holds a mop and a six-pack of malt liquor. Their conflict escalates into full-blown warfare until Lois meets a coworker whose racism surpasses that of the billboard.
