Episode Overview

Khadijah and Synclaire discover that a $500 savings bond they opened in their teenage years has matured into a $2,700 windfall. Eager to invest the entire amount in a new computer for Flavor, Khadijah is unaware that Synclaire plans to use her half for a Harvey Keitel acting seminar. Without discussing it with Khadijah, Synclaire spends her portion, leaving Khadijah blindsided when the new computer gets repossessed. Angered, Khadijah uses her share to give Russell a raise, only to find out that Synclaire doesn’t share her enthusiasm for Flavor. Ultimately, Khadijah decides to support Synclaire’s dreams instead. Meanwhile, Kyle is infuriated to find out that Max has one more name in her little black book than he does. Max calls him immature, but he only feels better after realizing he hasn't included her in his list, while she has included him. Tag: Overton watches
