Episode Overview
Kyle is uneasy when he suspects that his new client, the renowned actress Jacqueline Richards, is flirting with him. In his attempts to turn her down, he ends up embarrassing himself. She insists that her intentions are purely platonic, but Kyle feels more like her servant as she showers him with gifts and takes him to lavish dinners in exchange for running errands. He draws the line at picking up after her poodles. While he agrees to be friends, he tries to convey that genuine friendship shouldn’t involve financial exchanges. Meanwhile, Khadijah feels mortified when L.O.O.F.A., the children’s organization where Synclaire volunteers, names her hero of the year based on a tall tale she once told. Although Khadijah saves a man from choking at the event, Synclaire remains skeptical of her claims. Tag: Khadijah indeed rescues Mr. McGinty.
