When Synclaire unexpectedly lands a leading role in a play after the original star backs out just a day before opening night, her past as an usher comes in handy since she knows all the lines. However, the director is less than impressed and fears their careers might be doomed. On stage, a nervous Synclaire stumbles over her lines and accidentally hits another actor with a door. To her surprise, the audience loves it, prompting her to improvise and turn the performance into a comedy. The play becomes a massive success, extending its run. Thanks to Overton’s invention of a camera hat, her lines are captured for future use. Meanwhile, an IRS agent auditing Kyle agrees to lighten his audit in exchange for tips on flirting, only to find himself entangled with Max. Tag: Kyle successfully deduces who Albert's unwanted blind date is.
