Living Single (1993)
S04E06 Multiple Choice
Episode Overview
Overton and Synclaire are required to complete a compatibility test before their wedding at church. Synclaire keeps pushing Overton to study, while he believes they have nothing to stress about. This leads to a heated argument right before the test, and in a rebellious move, they intentionally sabotage their results with outrageous answers. Rev. Taylor is finally persuaded to let them retake the test, but only after his wife threatens to make him sleep on the couch. Meanwhile, Max attempts to prove her desirability by flirting with a young waiter, who initially rejects her advances. However, after she embarrassingly performs “All by Myself,” he agrees to go out with her, but Max quips, “I don’t date desperate men.” Music: “All by Myself” (Eric Carmen), performed by Erika Alexander.
