Episode Overview

Regine is initially disheartened by the cancellation of Palo Alto, but her spirits lift when the now-successful Darryl visits her to ask for help planning his wedding. Despite noticing that his fiancée, Tina, seems more interested in his wealth than in him, Regine remains silent. However, after Synclaire catches Tina kissing the best man, Regine realizes she must come clean. Darryl misinterprets her intentions as jealousy, but he soon re-evaluates and decides to cancel the wedding. Tina blames Regine for the fallout, leading to a heated confrontation in the church. Meanwhile, Overton and Ray brainstorm a wallet alarm system that Kyle believes could be lucrative. Music: “Shout” (Isley Brothers), performed by Queen Latifah and Erika Alexander.
