Whitley is heartbroken when it appears that everyone, including Julian, has forgotten her 21st birthday. Unbeknownst to her, Kim remembers and is secretly organizing a surprise celebration just for the girls. Meanwhile, Dwayne and Ron hatch a plan to abduct Whitley and toss her into a fountain, but their scheme falters when Ron slips while scaling the dorm wall and injures himself. Feeling down, Whitley indulges in cheap wine and has a solo dinner date with a picture of Denzel Washington. The girls eventually show up to take her out, realizing she should have informed Julian about her special day. Jaleesa tries to act indifferent upon spotting Walter with the medic who helped Ron. Whitley reconciles with Julian, apologizing for her earlier expectations.
