Ron faces challenges at his new position in a car dealership, ultimately leading to his dismissal at the hands of a cunning female con artist. After she expresses regret, they team up to persuade their boss to allow them to create an advertising campaign. Despite their initial hiccups, Ron suggests they form a business partnership. Meanwhile, Kim is anxious about her prospects for medical school after being turned down by her least favorite choice. Fortunately, she soon receives multiple offers to consider, including one from Hillman.
